Do you understand who you are to you? 

Listen to the music in the sounds of life

There’s a beat to every little thing

As music courses through your veins

The beat turns thoughts to dreams

Listen to the silence amidst the noise and strife

That’s what hope and love are all about

There’s hope for your dreams to come true

There’s love enough to always see you through

Listen to your heart and what it’s telling you

While your melody continues to grow

Take ownership now of what is due to you

Knowing that it’s your life and only yours

To know you is to be you

It can be no other way
