Eclipsed
I watched the moon tonight
A beautiful full
Complete orb
Then I watched
As the sun’s shadow
Passed across, through her
Obliterating her light
A momentary twinge
Overcame me
Was I sad?
Then in the darkness
We shared a shooting star
Me where I am
You where You are
I watched the moon tonight
Just sat
And watched
Absorbed in the moment
Not thinking deeply
Relaxing
Peacefully
Sending thoughts to You
For when You see her too
That's a cool photo.
